Couldn't finish the first task because the project had already met it's quota of resources. Shouldn't charge credits for a lab that errors out.

We need more information when things do not work. This lab failed when resources were unable to be created...some feedback from the Cloud Console as to 'why' the creation failed.

cloud run function step does not verify even though I successfully created the function/topic and can see the thumbnail image being created.
