Too many inconsistencies - instructions say to use Zone but if lab goes somewhere else (EU, Asia), no zone option is available in lab. It still grades it correctly but doesn't match the instructions. US region did have the zone option.

Cannot do the assigned tasks as it requires intervention by admins to increase quota. unable to create storage bucket. I was able to get past the hurdle. Now the function executes if I upload a file and creates a thumbnail but the validation doesn't recognize it as being created. ERROR: (gcloud.storage.buckets.create) HTTPError 400: The project does not have sufficient quota for this operation. It didn't let me create the Bucket. It said it wasn's able to create it at the moment and to contact my administrator
