Another try, different bug. This time there was no zone option to enter for the bucket. I suspect that was the reason why the validation for task 3 failed on a previous attempt, because there was no option for zone for the region I was assigned.

Another try, another error that the project already met it's quota for resources and couldn't create a bucket.

Couldn't finish the first task because the project had already met it's quota of resources. Shouldn't charge credits for a lab that errors out.

We need more information when things do not work. This lab failed when resources were unable to be created...some feedback from the Cloud Console as to 'why' the creation failed.
