Task3 is outdated, I have create a cloud run function and it works, but the progress checker keep showing error. I have tried serveral times.

can' create the proper trugger and overall not working

The first time I tried this lab I got the below error. On my seccond attempt everything worked flawlessly could not complete lab, there was no quota available to create a bucket.
