Added and removed access for second user many times and system keep failing the check for removing user.

Encountered issues with this lab. IAM for user1 was empty initially. Trying create the IAM roles, it requires an organization field, but there was nothing selectable there. Had to leave and come back multiple times before it loaded correctly to allow me to do the lab.
