Copying and pasting the command to build app.js doesn't work. You have to copy it without the "EOF" at the end, press enter, then manually type "EOF"

There was an issue with one of the sample code, where it had EOF; at the end of the code. Pasting this directly into the terminal did nothing (did not run), but removing the semicolon at the end fixed it. Overall, a great tutorial!
