Retry later or try another zone in your configurations. Learn more This was somewhat confusing. The AI Platform did not have a Notebooks selection. I saw that there was an activte Notebook API, when I did this I was then moved to Vertex AI. It was also not clear why two TesnsorFlow instances were being created or which JUPYTERLAB was to be used to run the script sequences.
