All labs calling for the use of tensorflow requiring the us-central-1 region do not have enough resouces to start the machines Creating notebook tensorflow-2-8-20221127-201249: us-central1-a does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Retry later or try another zone in your configurations. Learn more This was somewhat confusing. The AI Platform did not have a Notebooks selection. I saw that there was an activte Notebook API, when I did this I was then moved to Vertex AI. It was also not clear why two TesnsorFlow instances were being created or which JUPYTERLAB was to be used to run the script sequences.
