The migration in the lab has taken more time than the lab time

The instruction to create the Compute Engine produces an error saying that gcloud crashed. I had to work around it by creating the VM manually through the cloud console. Please look into the VM creation command listed under "Create the source Compute Engine."

too bad that I cannot finish the lab due to following issues: 1. step "migctl source create ce migration-source --project $DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID" is giving result success on deployment with an error message: service account is missing permissions [compute.instances.get compute.snapshots.get compute.snapshots.delete compute.disks.get compute.disks.createSnapshot compute.snapshots.create compute.disks.delete compute.zoneOperations.get compute.zones.list] 2. step "migctl migration get-artifacts my-migration" is stuck on "GenerateMigrationPlan" for more than 30 minutes. it is not even finished until the lab session end. not sure whether this issue is an impact from an error in the previous step (service account missing permission). Google/Qwiklabs team, please help/advise on this issue.
