Running many times the lab and still didn't get pass the step "migctl migration generate-artifacts my-migration". Is still in ExtrractImage step.

Lab keeps failing in guest environment

Migration task took more than 15 minutes. Some of migctl commands , its execution time to show successful run needs to re-evaluated and lab time need to be increased. Some of gcloud commands - vm creation and kubernetes cluster creation fails and errors are not helpful for troubleshooting.
