Lab failed. bigquery gave the following message -- Error: Access Denied: Project qwiklabs-resources: The user google1211369_student@qwiklabs.net does not have bigquery.jobs.create permission in project qwiklabs-resources. In addition the file http://www.ssa.gov/OACT/babynames/names.zip would not download.

Link to Stackoverflow data brought me to the BigQuery web console where I didn't have permissions to run queries. I opened BigQuery manually in GCP and had no further problems
