Horrible lab - three times it has asked to create resources in regions that does not exist.

The lab originally said to use us-west8 region only, and this is not an available region in the student lab environment, so I could not even get started. I tried a few more times, and eventually I was told to use us-east1-c, which allowed me to complete the lab
