There is a critical environment bug in this Challenge Lab (GSP313). The lab instructions explicitly state: "Create all resources in the us-west8 region and us-west8-c zone." However, the temporary Google Cloud project provisioned for this lab does not have the us-west8 region enabled or allowed by its Organization Policies. When attempting to create any resources (VM instances, Target Pools, etc.) in us-west8 or us-west8-c, the system consistently returns a "Permission denied" or "Location violates constraint constraints/gcp.resourceLocations" error. Because the automated grading system strictly checks for resources specifically located in us-west8, it is impossible to score 100% or complete the lab successfully. Please fix the project provisioning template to either allow resource creation in us-west8, or update the lab instructions and scoring script to use a different default region like us-central1 or us-east1. Thank you!
