Under Actions, click the kebab menu (i.e., the “three dots” menu) and then click ADD NEW VERSION. The above steps needs to be updated as the Add New Version option is not there in kebab menu. It is given as an option on top of the entries where secrets are getting displayed

Please add a real case of usage ... for instance storing a cloudsql root password as a secret and show how to use it. You cloud also add a part on right managements.
