this step dont work using us-west1: gcloud iot registries create iotlab-registry \ --project=$PROJECT_ID \ --region=$MY_REGION \ --event-notification-config=topic=projects/$PROJECT_ID/topics/iotlab because when setting export MY_REGION=us-west1 only work with export MY_REGION=us-central1
