Several checkpoints don't work properly. I was able to fix some by restarting the APIs, but I couldn't pass after the creation of the registry

Created Dataflow Pipeline on us-west1 as requested and check progress failted. When I created in us-central1 it succeded. When choosing a region for IoT registry, again the lab requested to create in us-west1. Only us-central1 (in US) is supported. I am unable to complete the lab.
