In the DataFlow section, the region provided on the left does not match the instruction. It will be possible that DataFlow not able to create a job at first attempt. The progress checker is unable to pick up the successfully deployed Dataflow job when there is a failed one earlier on UPDATE (2022-07-26): Still broken UPDATE (2022-08-03): Still broken, after received email saying the issue has been fixed

does not work as described. Dataflow job is not found. As registry region I cannot choose us-west1. So I stopped the lab.
