Lab Progress didn't recognise Cloud Dataflow pipeline that was created in us-west1 region.

there is a problem with the assigned regions. us-west1 is not supported to register devices. This lab is not working allright. Please update it. The dataflow progress check marked it Ok only when creating in us-central1, when the lab asks to be created in us-west1.
