Instructions are clear, but the deploy of the project fails to build with "GCLOUD: ERROR: (gcloud.app.deploy) NOT_FOUND: Unable to retrieve P4SA: [service-249541890123@gcp-gae-service.iam.gserviceaccount.com] from GAIA. Could be GAIA propagation delay or request from deleted apps." A retry does not solve the problem. Please be so kind to look into this. Otherwise it's a great lab.
