The app is not working. It seems the image gcr.io/google_appengine/python has very old OpenSSL lib (OpenSSL 1.0.2g 1 Mar 2016), but the pubsub lib required OpenSSL 1.1.1+. Here is a full error message: ImportError: urllib3 v2.0 only supports OpenSSL 1.1.1+, currently the 'ssl' module is compiled with 'OpenSSL 1.0.2g 1 Mar 2016'.
