App Dev - Deploying the Application into Kubernetes Engine: Python Reviews

The initial configuration script did not work completely, some resources could not be set up (FAILED_PRECONDITION: us-central1 violates constraint constraints/gcp.resourceLocations), which made the final app not working (frontend pods would crash when trying to access the bucket. Also the GKE cluster section instructions does not match the current UI, for example the region could not be chosen.
